About the Role

Zuppio Snacks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to expand our retail network. The ideal candidate will visit retail shops, supermarkets, kirana stores, and distributors to generate orders, build strong customer relationships, and increase product availability in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned retail shops, supermarkets, and kirana stores daily.
- Present and promote Zuppio snack products to retailers.
- Take sales orders using the company's order process.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail stores.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Follow up on pending orders and payment collections when required.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
- Report sales activities and achievements to the Sales Manager.





Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications such as WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in FMCG, food products, beverages, or retail field sales.
- Experience in order booking and retailer relationship management is an advantage.
