Educational Qualification:
B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Audio Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
Instrumentation for vehicle NVH performance evaluation.
Vehicle NVH data acquisition on test track
Data analysis and report preparation for vehicle NVH evaluation.
Instrumentation of vehicle for audio sound quality performance evaluation, data aquation and analysis.
Support problem solving and identification of countermeasure.
Instrumentation of vehicle for audio tunning and Root cause analysis and identification BSR issue due to Audio.
Evaluate frequency response, distortion (THD), and tonal balance of in-car audio system
Conduct subjective listening evaluations using defined sound quality rating methods.
Benchmark audio performance against competitors and internal targets.
Coordination with different departments for Audio tunning.
Competency Requirements:
4 or more years of relevant experience in the automotive industry in vehicle NVH or in Audio tuning and sound quality evaluation.
Experience of NVH data acquisition and analysis
Solid understanding of NVH including airborne TPA, structure borne TPA, damping, resonance and FRF.
