We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack to join our team as a trainer .

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in Full Stack Development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Create and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on projects.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and feedback.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum is up-to-date.
- Mentor and support students in their learning journey, providing guidance and feedback.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve training programs.
- Demonstrate real-world application of concepts through live coding sessions and project demonstrations.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.




- At least 2 years of professional experience in full stack development using the MERN stack.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in React.js for building user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to beginners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching.

Additional Skills:

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of deployment processes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and career development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
