Trident Design And Contract is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer for commercial interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing MEP works, with a strong focus on HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise HV/AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV works at project sites.
- Review HV/AC and MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, subcontractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure HV/AC installations are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Monitor installation quality, progress, testing, commissioning, and handover of HV/AC systems.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate MEP activities with civil and interior works.
- Prepare RFIs, daily progress reports, inspection reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project timelines.
- Coordinate material planning, vendor management, and subcontractor execution.
- Support project close-out activities, including as-built drawings and O&M; manuals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.)/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.




- 3–5 years of experience in MEP project execution with mandatory experience in HV/AC systems.
- Experience in commercial buildings, offices, hospitality, airports, healthcare, or large interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV, ventilation, testing & commissioning, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to travel and relocate to project sites across India (Pan India) as per project requirements.
