- Manage the entire tendering process from tender searching to bidding up to the final stage.
- Analyse tender documents and requirements which need to be uploaded in the designated

folder.

- Develop techno-commercial, competitive, and compliant bid proposals.
- Coordinate technical documentation and submissions.
- Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Maintain records and tender databases.
- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries related to industrial products, pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Support negotiations and post-submission activities.
- Price Comparison
- Daily reporting (in Excel/ClickUp)
- Improvement suggestions
- Miscellaneous tasks

Basic Qualifications:





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any engineering stream (Mechanical and Electrical preferred)
- Basic technical knowledge: It is expected that the candidate should have basic knowledge of engineering concepts.
- MS Office: Elementary knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is required. (Also, Google Sheet

and basic Gmail knowledge required)

- Communication: Verbal and written communication skills, corporate language, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, and elementary email drafting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
