Software Skill / Certification - NISM Series 8 Validity
Rolls: - On-Rolls
Educational Qualification: - B. Com, M. Com or Any graduate with preferable knowledge
Salary: - Max up-to 3.50 Lacs Per Annum & based on complete interview evaluation process too.
Experience - Minimum 2-3 Years of experience
Candidates should have experience in F&O;
Job Nature: - Full Time / Work from Office, Field Job
Office Timings - 08.30am 05.30pm (Monday Friday) & Half Days on Saturday.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients. Ensure growth in clientele by converting leads.
- Conduct meeting with clients as part of client servicing and cross selling other financial product.
- Understand the market updates for the day to provide accurate information to the client.
- Profile customers based on their investment trends and past record available with us.
- Attend calls and execute the orders on behalf of clients by doing Pre trade and post trade confirmation.




- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating current business.
- Pitch clients for other investment products offered by the company.
- To maintain a synergistic relationship with Relationship Managers - Sales, by supporting their sales efforts to enhance business.
- Update clients visit and all other communication with the client in the CRM software.
- Work towards building a network and expanding the client base.

Key Result Areas

- Call Management: - Ensure all calls received at the desk are handled effectively and without waiting period
- Reactivating dormant clients: - Continuously work towards reactivating dormant clients
- Cross Sell Third Party Products: - Develop avenues through networking with active and reactivated clients to sell third party products
- Data Management: - Accurately record key information of the client to build revenue generation plan
