We are hiring Clinical Care Coordinators!!

This position would be ideal for individuals who are :

Interested in science and specialized testing. Interested in a clinical setting and understanding the co-relation of diagnostics and therapeutics.

Looking to grow in the ever evolving field of clinical genomics.

Work will be based in an office environment (dry lab) and will not involve working in wet lab.

Responsibilities

- Patient and Clinician communication
- Institutional communications
- Feedback management
- Patient counseling with clinicians
- Handling research and commercial inquiries




- Monthly reporting / Maintaining and managing multidisciplinary team meetings with consultants
- Logistics and sample routing. Comprehensive management of samples
- Report review and delivery
- Product awareness

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science - Biomedical / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology or similar
- Good communication skills
- Good management skills
- Problem solving skills and working under pressure
- Team player
- Proficiency in using Office
