Location: Delhi NCR, with travel to stores and shoots in UP, Bihar, Haryana

Level: 3– 6 years experience

About the Role

This role is the output engine — you will turn footage, product, and ideas into a steady stream of reels, motion graphics, and ad creatives.

What You Will Own:

- Produce 15–20 video assets per month across both brands: reels, product films, motion graphics, store films, festival and campaign creatives
- Edit, color, sound-design, and subtitle.
- Hindi-first, built for mobile and for low bandwidth viewing
- Build motion graphics and animated assets for social, in-app, and digital ads.
- Support and assist on shoots alongside the Creative Director, including in-store and on-location shoots in our markets
- Repurpose a single shoot into multiple format-native cuts across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, and paid ad placements
Maintain an organized, searchable asset and footage library





What You Must Bring:

- Non-negotiable 3–6 years producing short-form video, with a portfolio of work that has actually run on social
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve);
- comfortable in Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma Genuine motion graphics ability not just cuts-and-music editing
- Understands platform-native formats: what works in a 9:16 reel is not what works in a YouTube pre-roll Can work to a Hindi-language brief and judge Hindi copy on screen Strongly preferred FMCG, food, or retail category experience
- Food videography is a specific craft Camera comfort: can shoot solo when a full crew isn't warranted Working knowledge of AI-assisted video tooling for speed on volume work Has produced ad creatives with performance feedback loops, not only brand films.
