Job Summary

Mulji's is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and execute impactful marketing initiatives for its premium range of laminates, plywood, doors, wall panels, and interior products. The ideal candidate should have experience in both digital and offline marketing with a strong understanding of the building materials or interior industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, digital marketing, and brand communication.
- Coordinate exhibitions, architect meets, dealer events, and promotional activities.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team through various marketing channels.
- Manage website content, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, catalogs, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and ROI.
- Build strong relationships with architects,



interior designers, builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in building materials, interior products, furniture, or construction industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
