Marketing Intern – Field Marketing & Franchise Development

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Intern who enjoys interacting with people and working in the field. This role involves 80% field marketing to promote our franchise business, identify potential franchise partners, conduct market research, and generate leads, along with 20% office-based work for reporting and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work (80%)

Visit assigned markets to identify potential franchise opportunities.

Meet business owners and explain the company's franchise model.

Generate and qualify franchise leads.

Conduct competitor and market research.

Distribute promotional materials and build local brand awareness.

Collect customer and market feedback.

Maintain daily field visit reports.

Office Work (20%)

Update lead data in Excel/CRM.

Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.





Support marketing campaigns and documentation.

Follow up with interested franchise inquiries via phone or email.

Eligibility

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Freshers are welcome.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
