Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in SAP MM, SD, and WM/EWM support.

- Experience troubleshooting SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC).

- Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FlexNet MES.

- Troubleshoot SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC) and resolve system issues.

- Monitor system performance and integrations.

- Resolve SAP errors, stock discrepancies, and label printing issues.

- Manage user access, security, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support system testing.

- Create Power BI reports (Positive to Have).

- Support SAP industrial printer integration.
