We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client management, delivery governance, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution across modern digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
- Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
- Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation management.




- Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
- Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

Requirements:

- Robust experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling distributed technical teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.
