The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheeler vehicles to customers, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, arranging test rides, and completing sales documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotional offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Lead Management

- Follow up on customer inquiries generated through showroom visits, phone calls, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Documentation & Coordination

- Assist customers with financing, insurance, registration, and delivery procedures.




- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth customer experience.

Market Development

- Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and local marketing activities.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Customer Retention

- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate resolutions promptly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of automobile sales experience may apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
