About the Role
Rehab Buddy CDC is looking for a confident and empathetic Telecaller to connect with parents, handle enquiries, schedule appointments, and convert leads into admissions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with enquiries from WhatsApp, social media, and website.
- Explain our therapy services and programs.
- Schedule assessments and appointments.
- Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the clinical team.
- Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduate (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in telecalling, customer support, counselling, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Fluent in Hindi with basic English.
- Good communication, persuasion, and computer skills.
