Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Review general ledger accounts, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Monitor and maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance reports.

Support tax assessments, audits, and notices.

Financial Controls & Audit

Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.

Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and financial due diligence assignments.





Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

MIS & Business Support

Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Assist management in cash flow planning and working capital management.

Monitor key financial metrics and report deviations.

Team Coordination

Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, HR, and management.

Guide and support junior accounting staff where required.
