We need Customer Service Representatives who are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to provide the best service for our customers.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective clients, artists, models, and candidates
- Explain company services, casting calls, events, and project details clearly and personally
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about films, modeling projects, and sevices
- Follow up with interested candidates and clients via calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-up status
- Coordinate with the HR and production team regarding schedules, interviews, and registrations
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all callers
- Meet daily/ weekly calling and follow-up targets
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Service Executive
- Fluent in English (mandatory)




- Hindi proficiency required
- Knowledge of Malayalam and Tamil is an added advantage
- Minimum qualification Plus Two (12th pass)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (Calling Systems, WhatsApp, Email)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SALARY

RS. 15000-25000
