About the Role

Zephyr Group of Institutions is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to create engaging digital and print materials that align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities

- Design creative social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Develop branding materials that maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Create digital creatives for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and other online campaigns.
- Design promotional materials for admissions, events, seminars, workshops, and educational campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Video Production teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Edit and enhance existing designs based on feedback.
- Prepare print-ready files for production and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and creative tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Excellent creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in educational, advertising, or digital marketing industries.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
- Experience creating motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools will be an added benefit.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
