Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, distributors, and dealers to collect outstanding payments.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams regarding pending collections.
- Submit daily collection reports and travel updates to the reporting manager.
- Deposit collected cheques/DDs and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain records of customer visits, commitments, and collection status.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers while ensuring timely payment recovery.
- Escalate high-risk or long-pending accounts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while handling collections.




- Assist in recovering overdue payments and reducing outstanding receivables.
- Undertake extensive travel across North and South India based on business requirements.

Other Requirements

- Must possess a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence.
- Should be willing to travel frequently and stay outstation based on business requirements.
- Should be flexible to travel to any customer location across India at short notice.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
