Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert with 4+ years of experience in creating and managing high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, with real estate lead generation experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Perform audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Share regular performance reports and insights.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Robust experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
