- Data Input & Transcription: Typing high volumes of text and numeric data into specified data fields, databases, or pre-formatted screens. [1, 2]

- File & Record Management: Organizing and maintaining both digital records and physical paperwork. Scanning, printing, and backing up files as required. [1, 2, 3]

Essential Skills & Qualifications
