Event Executive – Business Development

Location: Mumbai (Work From Home – Initial Phase)

Job Overview:

Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Event Executive – Business Development to generate new business opportunities and drive sales from external sources. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and passionate about client acquisition and event sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for events and exhibitions
- Acquire clients from outside sources and build a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Pitch event concepts, services, and customized solutions to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend weekly meetings with the Associate Director for performance review and strategy alignment
- Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities

Requirements:

- Male candidates preferred
- Based in Mumbai or willing to operate from Mumbai
- Strong communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Prior experience in event sales or business development is an added advantage

Work Structure:

- Initially Work From Home
- Weekly in-person meetings with the Associate Director

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Final compensation will be discussed during the face-to-face interview
