Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.

Job Portals & Social Hiring

- Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other leading job portals.
- Utilize social media platforms to attract and engage quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand across digital recruitment channels.

HR Operations

- Manage the complete Hiring to Retire employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate and execute seamless employee onboarding processes.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and other recruitment portals.
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Non-IT Recruitment.




- Understanding of IT Freelancer Hiring processes.
- Familiarity with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Understanding of HR policies and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
