This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organisation. The Recruiter will work collaboratively with the HR team to build a robust talent pipeline, conduct detailed interviews, coordinate recruitment activities, and support onboarding processes. This role requires organisational skills and the ability to maintain excellent communication with candidates and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques such as job portals, networking, and social media
- Robust experience in conducting interviews,
selecting suitable candidates, and coordinating recruitment logistics
- Ability to support employee onboarding and manage recruitment-related administrative tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
