Job Title: Account Assistant
Industry: Chemical Trading / Manufacturing
Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Manage Sales, Purchase, Journal, and Contra vouchers.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, and cash books.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
- Support finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Handle petty cash and daily accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good understanding of Accounting Principles, GST, and TDS
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience




- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting / Commerce
- Ability to reliably commute Company Ho in Manjalpur,Vadodara

Robust knowledge of:

- GST
- Financial Accounting
- Cost Accounting
- Taxation
- Microsoft Office & Excel
- Tally Software
