We are looking for a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our school admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, and online admission enquiries.
- Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct school campus tours for prospective parents and students.
- Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist parents with application forms and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
- Build positive relationships with parents and represent the school professionally.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Solid counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Experience in school admissions, counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
