About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager who can drive brand positioning, communication, and growth across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in brand building, campaign planning, content strategy, social media management, and cross-functional coordination.

This role requires someone who can understand different brand identities, manage multiple parallel workflows, and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.ge.

Experience - 4 - 6 Years

Work Location -Saket, Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage overall brand positioning, tone, and communication across platforms
- Plan and oversee social media, digital, and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
- Coordinate with all stakeholders including designers, video editors, agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
- Analyze campaign performance and track key marketing KPIs
- Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and launch plans
- Drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and customer retention initiatives

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 4–6 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing / Social Media
- Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
- Experience handling multiple brands or categories simultaneously
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Creative thinking with strong execution capabilities
- Experience in D2C, consumer brands, lifestyle, fintech, or NBFC sectors is a plus
