The Recruiter Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This internship provides hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment tools, and HR operations while developing solid communication and coordination skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases,
interview trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring, walk-in interviews, and job fairs, if required.
- Support the HR team in onboarding activities and other HR initiatives as assigned.
