Job Description: Have knowledge in Benefit configuration and Pricing configuration including benefit plans( with all cost share info),templates, products, accounts. Responsible for requirement gathering, document design, configuration, different types of testing (Dental, QA and Regression) and implementation support in HealthRules. Working experience with HRP (HealthRules Payor) application i.e. Designer and Manager. Have understanding of Healthcare Eligibility and Claims data flow in HealthRules. Understanding and analyzing the change ticket requirements and Able to perform testing after plan/benefit is configured. Hands on with Test runner tools for creating UTCs and then evaluating the test results.
