We are looking for a highly creative and talented Senior Video Editor cum Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency, Ladr Media. This role focuses on creating engaging motion graphics, editing high-quality video content, and developing visually compelling digital assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand promotions. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a keen eye for design, and expertise in modern video editing and animation tools. Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, title sequences, and visual effects for digital content.
- Design animated content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual concepts.
- Perform color correction, audio synchronization, transitions, and final video enhancements.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, video editing, and digital content creation.

Requirements





- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design and Video Editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media reels, promotional videos, and marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
- Knowledge of video production workflows and content optimization for social media.
- Basic sound editing and audio enhancement skills.
