JOB ROLE: Your Impact and Ownership

Lead the mechanical engineering function across aerospace and defense products, owning design, qualification, manufacturing, and production support. Drive technical decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with quality, certification, and customer stakeholders to deliver reliable, certifiable electro-mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities at this Role

1. Lead end-to-end development, qualification, and certification of aerospace mechanical and electro- mechanical products.

2. Drive mechanical architecture, design reviews, and technical decisions balancing performance,manufacturability, and reliability.

3. Own schedules, budgets,



and deliverables across multiple products and engineering workstreams.

4. Manage qualification documentation including TS, FTP, QTP, ATP, SRS, ACP, BOM, and test reports.

5. Oversee CAD, GD&T;, FEA, materials, manufacturing processes, and production support activities.

6. Coordinate with vendors, customers, DGAQA, RCMA, and certification authorities for approvals and testing.

7. Deliver compliant products aligned with AS9100D, AFQMS, and Indian defense airworthiness standards.

Skill Required : The Expertise Required

Must-Haves for this Role

1.7+ years in aerospace, defense, or safety-critical electro-mechanical product development

2. CAD, GD&T;, DFM, materials engineering, and manufacturing expertise

3. FEA and mechanical analysis for high-reliability systems

4. End-to-end ownership of product development through qualification and production

5. B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related engineering discipline
