Role Overview -

We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of research center agents in achieving performance excellence with strong leadership qualities, advanced analytical abilities in Microsoft Excel.

Job Title: Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the team to ensure smooth project execution

Build a solid reporting and accountability culture

Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement

Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity

Track progress, prepare reports,



and ensure timely delivery

Maintain and analyze data using Excel (data cleaning & reporting)

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience in team/project management

Strong team handling and leadership skills

Proficiency in Excel (data cleaning & basic analysis)

Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
