Salary Range: 80k to 1 LPM

Roles:

1. Strategic Support to Founder

- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Founder.
- Assist in business decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis.
- Support the Founder in prioritizing key business initiatives.

2. Business Intelligence & Analytics

- Collect, organize, and analyze business data from various departments.
- Create dashboards, MIS reports, and performance tracking systems.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

3. Business Monitoring

- Track KPIs, business performance, revenue trends, and operational metrics.
- Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Ensure follow-up and execution of key business objectives.

4. Founder//'s Office Management





- Coordinate with department heads and management teams.
- Monitor progress of strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Act as the communication bridge between the Founder and internal teams.

5. Research & Decision Support

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare presentations, business reports, and strategic summaries.

6. Travel & Representation

- Travel with the Founder for meetings, site visits, investor interactions, and business events.
- Represent the Founder professionally when required.

7. Leadership & Execution

- Assist in implementing business processes and operational improvements.
- Provide guidance and recommendations based on business intelligence and analytics.

Qualification:

- MBA (Finance / Business Analytics / Operations preferred)
- BBA / B.Com with robust business exposure
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, MIS Reporting certifications preferred
