Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic and creative skills with a proven track record in digital marketing, e-commerce growth, campaign management, and online brand development. The candidate should have experience planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and be proficient in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content strategy, e-commerce marketing, marketplace management, analytics, and performance optimization to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales growth, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, brand objectives, and growth targets across multiple digital channels.
- Create engaging content strategies, including social media scripts, captions, campaign concepts, content calendars, and creative briefs to improve brand presence and audience engagement.
- Manage and grow social media platforms by planning, scheduling, publishing, and optimizing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute e-commerce marketing initiatives, including product promotions, marketplace campaigns, conversion optimization, customer acquisition strategies, and sales growth activities.




- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels while monitoring performance and improving ROI.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, generate insights, and implement data-driven strategies to improve engagement, traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns, content, and promotional strategies while staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI-powered tools, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media management, and online campaign execution.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace management, product promotions, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies.
- Experience in creating social media content strategies, writing engaging scripts and captions, managing content calendars, and driving audience engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, CRM tools, and other digital marketing platforms.




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance, interpret data, optimize strategies, and improve ROI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage projects and work with creative, sales, and marketing teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns, social media growth, e-commerce initiatives, content strategies, and performance-driven marketing projects.
