About the role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve set goals and objectives. You will wear many hats, acting as a coach, mentor, and facilitator, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for your team.

Responsibilities:

· Set clear goals and deadlines for the team, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

· Delegate tasks effectively, leveraging the strengths and skills of each team member.

· Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

· Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment where open communication is encouraged.

· Monitor team performance, identify road blocks, and problem-solve to ensure efficient and timely project completion.

· Motivate and inspire team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.





· Recognize and reward high performance and achievements.

· Track team metrics and report progress to management.

· Identify training needs and recommend or provide development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

· Graduation in any stream

· Minimum of 2-5 years of experience

· Should have well versed knowledge of Advance Ms-excel, Ms- Access, Database handling, Data analysis

· Preferred – Should have worked on Scanners.

· Proven track record of leading and engaging teams to achieve success

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to delegate effectively and prioritize tasks

· Strong organizational skills and time management skills

· Passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment

Salary: 15k per month – 22k per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
