Job Description

- Develop detailed job plans for fabric maintenance activities derived from anomaly register.
- Prepare complete workpacks, covering scope, schedule, manpower, materials, tools, JSA, permits, and quality requirements for acceptance.
- Translate inspection reports and anomaly registers (coatings, insulation, CUI, PFP cracking, corrosion) into executable maintenance plans.
- Plan and prioritize fabric maintenance activities based on risk, criticality, and business impact.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Engineering, and contractors to ensure execution readiness.
- Manage material reservations, PRs, and logistics for coatings, insulation, PFP, and scaffolding.
- Ensure full HSE, statutory, and quality compliance
- Support shutdown/turnaround (TAR) planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records in CMMS (SAP PM)

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 7 years' experience in fabric maintenance planning or execution within Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Industrial environments




- Coating inspection level II certification (NACE / AMPP, BGAS, ICorr)
- Solid knowledge of coating systems, surface preparation, insulation, PFP, and corrosion protection
- Good understanding of coating degradation and CUI mechanisms (API 571 / 583)
- Hands-on experience with SAP PM (preferable) or similar CMMS systems

Key Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of international standards (ISO, BS, SSPC, NACE/AMPP, API, ASTM)
- Oil & Gas In-service coating inspection experience for equipment and piping
- Maintenance planning and scheduling (short- and long-term)
- Strong technical understanding of fabric maintenance disciplines
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Contractor and vendor management experience

- SAP PM / MM
- Primavera P6 (desirable)
- MS Office
