Position: Senior Fitter

Department: Maintenance

Qualification: ITI Fitter / Mechanical Trade

Experience: 10–15 Years

Shift: 12 Hours

Job Responsibilities:

Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utility equipment.

Maintain RO Plant, STP Plant, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Fire Hydrant System, and water management systems.

Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.

Install, align, and overhaul machinery and equipment.

Guide and train junior fitters and maintenance staff.

Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective maintenance planning.

Maintain maintenance records and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Skills Required:

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance skills.

Experience in utility and production machine maintenance.

Leadership and team handling ability.

Ability to work independently in a 12-hour shift.

Good knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
