Job Description

Lead the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily stewarding operations and team performance.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to support smooth operations.

Skills & Experience:

- 2–4 years of stewarding experience, including supervisory exposure.
- Positive knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
