Job Summary

Apollo Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Resident Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise across a wide range of dental treatments, excellent communication skills, and a cooperative approach to patient care. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental services while working closely with consultants, specialists, and the clinical team to ensure the best treatment outcomes and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental and oral health conditions.

* Perform routine and advanced dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, scaling, preventive care, and other general dental treatments.

* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.

* Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.

* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

* Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and clinical quality standards.

* Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate treatment when required.

* Collaborate effectively with consultants, specialists,



and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.

* Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

* Demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of dental procedures and treatment modalities.

* Take collective responsibility for patient care and contribute positively to the overall functioning of the clinic.

* Deliver exceptional patient service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

Requirements

* BDS from a recognised institution.

* Valid Dental Council Registration.

* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in General Dentistry.

* Robust diagnostic and treatment planning skills.

* Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

* Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in handling comprehensive dental cases.

* Strong patient management and treatment conversion skills.

* Familiarity with digital dental records and practice management software.

* Ability to build long-term patient relationships and trust.
