We are urgently hiring a Communication Loan Officer to support our operations team in a back-office role. This position requires someone highly tech-savvy, fast-paced, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume SMS and email communications while supporting loan-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume SMS and email communication with clients
- Support loan processing and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Multitask across multiple systems and tools efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and resolutions
Requirements
- Based in India
- Very fast worker with strong multitasking ability
- Strong technical skills (Tech Support background preferred)
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Must have:
- Dual screen setup (2 monitors)
- Minimum 300 Mbps internet speed
- High-performance computer/laptop
- Ability to handle quick-paced, high-volume communication
Pay Rate
- $2.50 per hour
Hiring Timeline
