Job Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centralized bakery kitchen, ensuring seamless coordination between production and dispatch teams. The role focuses on order management, operational planning, inventory monitoring, record maintenance, and ensuring timely production and delivery while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate order entry, tracking, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with bakery, pastry, cake, and dispatch teams to ensure production schedules are met.
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the centralized kitchen.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, production schedules, dispatches, inventory, and operational reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, raw material consumption, and initiate requisition requests to avoid stock shortages.
- Track production timelines and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.




- Coordinate with procurement and store teams for timely availability of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across operations.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues and customer order concerns promptly.
- Monitor dispatch activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Support management in planning production based on sales forecasts and demand trends.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
