We're Hiring: HR Manager

Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Factory Locations: Vasai/ Andheri/ Silvassa

Industry: Plastic Packaging / Injection & Blow Molding Manufacturing

Experience: 8–10 Years (Manufacturing HR experience is mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Payroll, HR Operations & HRMS

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

Employee & Industrial Relations

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

Factory HR Coordination across multiple locations

Preferred Profile:

✔ Strong manufacturing HR background

✔ Excellent knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliances

✔ Experience handling multi-location manufacturing operations

✔ MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
