Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in electrical design consultancy for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software such as ETAP, Dialux EVO, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in electrical load calculations, power distribution, lighting design, earthing, lightning protection, and emergency power systems.
- Thorough knowledge of national and international electrical codes and standards (IS, IEC, NEC, NBC, ECBC, IEEE, etc.).
- Experience in preparing detailed design drawings, specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and technical reports.
- Qualified certifications in electrical design, energy management, or project management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of complete electrical systems for medium and large-scale building projects.
- Prepare and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), power layouts, lighting layouts, cable routing, panel schedules, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Perform electrical load calculations, voltage drop analysis, short-circuit calculations, cable sizing, transformer and DG sizing, UPS selection, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, client requirements,



and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, Architectural, Structural, and Civil teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Review consultant and vendor submissions, provide technical guidance, and resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and technical evaluations to optimize system performance and cost.
- Support site execution through design clarifications, inspections, troubleshooting, and commissioning assistance.
- Mentor junior electrical engineers and review their design deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
