NonaGen Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is establishing a state-of-the-art sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing campus focused on Large Volume Parenterals (LVP), with a long-term vision of expanding into Small Volume Parenterals (SVP), advanced sterile injectables, prefilled syringes, cartridges and global Contract Development & Manufacturing (CDMO) services.
We are assembling the Founding Leadership Team that will design, commission and operate our manufacturing campus from the ground up. This is a rare chance to build systems, culture and operational excellence from day one while contributing to the long-term growth of an export-oriented pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and execution of the greenfield manufacturing campus
- Oversee HVAC, purified water, WFI, clean steam,
compressed air and utilities
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants and equipment suppliers
- Lead equipment installation, FAT, SAT and commissioning
- Build preventive and predictive maintenance systems
- Support future capacity expansion
Requirements
- Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- 18+ years in sterile pharmaceutical engineering
- Experience commissioning pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
- Strong understanding of GMP engineering systems
- Greenfield experience highly preferred
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
