Required Skills

- Knowledge of Fabrication/ EVA/ PVC footwear manufacturing processes.

- Production planning and line balancing.

- Quality control and process improvement.

- ERP/MS Excel proficiency.

Job description

- Production from cutting, stitching, lasting, moulding, finishing, and packing.

- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per delivery schedules.

- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.

- Process control at different departments and coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
