We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, therapists, and other clinical talent for the US healthcare market. Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for travel, contract, and direct-hire opportunities across the United States

- Review VMS/MSP job requirements and identify qualified candidates based on licensure, certifications, specialty, and experience

- Conduct candidate interviews, manage outreach through calls, emails, and text, and build strong candidate relationships

- Discuss pay packages, availability, and assignment details while managing candidate expectations professionally





- Submit candidates accurately through ATS/VMS platforms within client submission timelines

- Maintain organized candidate records, recruitment pipelines, and activity updates

- Collaborate closely with the US recruiting team to achieve submission and placement goals

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience

- Experience recruiting for Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Therapy, or Clinical positions

- Strong understanding of MSP/VMS recruitment processes and ATS platforms

- Excellent English communication and candidate relationship management skills

- Ability to work independently during US Night Shift from the Hyderabad office

- Proven track record of successful submissions and placements
