Key Responsibilities

- Install solar PV systems, including solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and associated electrical components.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in solar PV installations.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
- Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency.
- Inspect solar installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Perform inverter configuration, troubleshooting, and firmware updates where applicable.
- Carry out wiring, cable termination, earthing, and electrical connections as per design.
- Replace defective components and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams during installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and protected work practices at project sites.
- Provide technical support to customers when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
