About the Company - It is a 13-year-old jewellery brand specializing in premium diamond and Polki jewellery. With one successful retail store in Malad, the company is expanding and launching its second showroom in Lokhandwala, Andheri West in September.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer and luxury retail experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and showroom operations.




- Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and daily operational processes.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the jewellery retail industry.
- Mandatory: Robust knowledge of diamond jewellery (essential). Exposure to Polki jewellery will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing retail showroom operations and inventory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
