We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Head – IT to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B IT sales, with proven experience in selling web and mobile application development services to international clients and driving business growth through outbound sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell web application, mobile application, and custom software development services.
- Identify, engage, and acquire B2B clients across domestic and international markets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales / Business Development.
- Proven experience in selling web and mobile application development services.
- Strong exposure to international client acquisition and outbound sales.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of software development services and digital solutions.
- Results-oriented professional with a proactive and self-driven approach.
