Job Description:

- Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
- Prepare and post purchase, sales, journal, and payment vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Generate MIS reports and management reports.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.

Educational Qualification/Knowledge

- Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate
- Well versed with Tally
- Knowledge of GST
- Knowledge of TDS
- Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation




- Knowledge of excel (V-lookup & Pivot Table)

Job Experience

- Minimum 2+ year job experience.
- Have prepared the vouchers and done day to day basis accounting
- Have assisted in reconciling accounts, balance ledger
- Prepared Bank Reconciliation for at least 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
