· Developing Training schedules & Training Plans.

· Taking classes as per the schedule.

· Communicating Training needs time to time.

· Maintaining databases and documentation of all training materials, batch files of trainee & their Placements.

· Coordinating Mobilization, enrolments & counselling of the trainees.

. Assisting Domain Trainers to Create the batches

· Time to time reporting.

· Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience Required:

Graduate/Postgraduate in English Language

4-5 years in Teaching/Training of English Language and imparting soft skills and employability Training.

Aptitude for conducting training, and pre/ post work to ensure competent, employable candidates at the end of the training. Strong communication skills,



interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team; a passion for quality and for developing others; well-organised and focused, eager to learn and keep oneself updated with the latest in the mentioned field.
Candidates with pleasing personalities and excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
